Amends provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 imposing additional sentences for using or unlawfully carrying a firearm during the commission of a Federal felony to (1) increase minimum additional sentences and (2) permit the Government to appeal a suspended or probationary sentence given with respect to a first conviction under such provisions.
