Directs the Commodity Futures Trading Commission to revoke the registration of any broker who accepts any order for the purchase or sale of any commodity for future delivery on any contract market from any person who has been found in violation of specified provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act, or who, himself, is a person who has been found in such violation.
