Summary
Reemployment Services Act - Amends the Wagner-Peyser Act to direct the Secretary of Labor to provide technical and management assistance to State public employment offices, establish a national clearing house for employment service information in the United States Employment Service, and implement an assistance program for certain State employment office job placement projects. Directs the Secretary to study the merits of a nationwide job bank system and of replacing the State employment office system with a Federal office system and to modify any requirement that unemployment benefit claimants register with State unemployment offices.
