Summary
Extends the number of months of educational benefits for veterans and other eligible persons for whom educational benefits are provided by the Veterans' Administration from 36 months to 48 months. Provides for additional coverage for purposes of graduate study. Limits the application of the provisions of this Act to those eligible persons enrolled in educational programs on or after the enactment of this Act. (Amends 38. U.S.C. 1661, 1711).
