Summary
Workplace Education Act of 1993 - Amends the National Literacy Act of 1991 to direct the Secretary of Labor to establish an Office of Workplace Education to make grants to States for workplace education programs for small businesses. Amends the Job Training Partnership Act to: (1) require a specified portion of funds be used for such office and such workplace education grants; and (2) reduce the percentage of non-disadvantaged individuals allowed to participate in training services for the disadvantaged.
