Summary
Amends the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act to allow federal disaster assistance to be provided to reimburse all or part of a deductible a person is required to pay as a condition for the receipt of benefits under an insurance policy the person obtained to protect against property loss. Makes this provision applicable to a major disaster or emergency declared by the President on or after September 1, 2008.
