Summary
Workers Access to Accountable Governance in Employment (WAGE) Act - Amends the National Labor Relations Act to permit elections to decertify representation by a labor organization, if 30 percent or more of the employees in a bargaining unit file with the National Labor Relations Board a petition alleging that they no longer wish to be represented by the certified or recognized labor organization. Directs the Board, within 50 days after such filing, to conduct an election. Requires 12 months to elapse before another such decertification election may be held in any one bargaining unit.
