Summary

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Treasury to admit free of duty and data logger, current meter with magnetic tape recorder, and oceanographic or meteorological sensor produced by the Ivar Aanderaa firm of Nestun, Norway, for the use of the Oregon State University, Corvallis, Oregon. Directs that if the liquidation of the entry of any such article has become final, such entry shall be reliquidated and the appropriate refund of duty shall be made.
