Summary
Service, Employment, and Redevelopment (SER) Assistance Act - Directs the Secretary of Labor to make financial assistance available for the establishment and operation of service, employment, and redevelopment centers. States that such centers shall offer classes specifically designed to assist disadvantaged unemployed and underemployed Spanish-speaking persons.
