Summary
Social Security Budget Integrity Act of 1987 - Amends title VII (Administration) of the Social Security Act to exclude from Federal budget totals and limitations: (1) the receipts and disbursements of the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund; and (2) employment related social security taxes. Repeals a superseded provision of the Social Security Amendments of 1983 relating to budgetary treatment of social security trust operations as it relates to the Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance Trust Fund.
