Summary

Prohibits the importation of fresh strawberries into the United States during the period beginning on February 15 and ending at the close of April 1 during any calendar year after 1975. Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture after calendar year 1975 to establish a 60-day period during which fresh strawberries may not be imported into the United States. Specifies that such 60-day period shall coincide with the maturity of the domestic strawberry crop.
