Summary
Amends the Federal criminal code to establish criminal penalties for any manager with respect to a product or business practice who: (1) discovers a serious concealed danger that is subject to the regulatory authority of an appropriate Federal agency and is associated with such product or practice; and (2) knowingly fails to inform an appropriate agency or warn affected employees in writing within 15 days of such discovery (or immediately if there is imminent risk of serious bodily injury or death). Establishes criminal penalties for anyone who knowingly discriminates against any person in employment because such person informed a Federal agency or warned employees of a serious concealed danger associated with a product or business practice. Defines "appropriate Federal agency" to mean: (1) the Food and Drug Administration; (2) the Environmental Protection Agency; (3) the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration; (4) the Occupational Health and Safety Administration; (5) the Nuclear Regulatory Commission; (6) the Consumer Product Safety Commission; (7) the Federal Aviation Administration; and (8) the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission.
