Summary
Bristol Bay Fisheries Protection Act - Directs the Secretary of the Interior to implement certain programs under the Outer Continental Shelf Leasing Program consistent with the strictures contained in this Act. Sets forth additional restrictions and requirements governing preleasing and leasing activities for oil in the North Aleutian Basin Planning Area. Amends the Outer Continental Shelf Lands Act to modify the guidelines for lease cancellations and compensation for lease buybacks.
