Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to pay a specified sum to such individual's widow. Directs the Secretary of State to pay out of the Foreign Service Retirement and Disability Fund to any survivor annuitant of such individual an annuity recalculated to reflect such retroactive appointment.
