Summary

Revises the Uniform Time Act of 1966 to provide that daylight saving time shall begin on the last Sunday in May and end on the first Sunday after Labor Day during each calendar year. Provides that if this Act is enacted on or after the first Sunday after Labor Day but before the last Sunday in October of any calendar year, this Act shall take effect at 2 a.m. or the last Sunday of October of such year.
