Summary
Increases the penalty under the Immigration and Nationality Act for smuggling aliens into the United States to a fine of between $2,000 and $3,000 or by imprisonment for a term of three to five years. Authorizes the Attorney General to confiscate any vessel, vehicle, or aircraft used in the illegal entry of aliens. Provides criminal penalties for aliens obtaining employment in the United States by a willfully false or misleading representation or the willful concealment of a material fact.
