Summary
Amends the National Foundation on the Arts and the Humanities Act of 1965 to extend the authorization of appropriations through fiscal year 1985 for the National Endowment for the Humanities and the National Endowment for the Arts. Sets forth the formula for determining the amount of authorizations for each fiscal year through 1985. Directs the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts and the National Endowment for the Humanities to issue guidelines for the receipt of gifts by the Endowments. Amends the Museum Services Act to extend the authorization of appropriations for the purpose of making grants to museums through fiscal year 1985.
