Summary
Monetary Policy Review Act - Establishes an advisory commission to the Federal Reserve System to be known as the Commission on Monetary Policy. Requires the Commission to study the policies and procedures of the Federal Reserve System with respect to the formulation and implementation of monetary policy and to report its findings within nine months after enactment of this Act. Authorizes appropriations. Terminates the Commission upon the transmittal of its report.
