Summary

Social Security Number Modernization Act of 2018 This bill requires the Social Security Administration to stop issuing new paper Social Security cards after October 1, 2023 (and replacement cards after October 1, 2028), and to maintain a complete public listing of each Social Security number that has been assigned to any individual at any time.
