Summary
Amends the Airport and Airway Development Act to redefine the term "airport development" so as to include any work involved in constructing, improving, or repairing aviation fuel storage facilities at a public airport. Authorizes the Secretary of Transportation to approve the project costs of aviation fuel storage facilities as allowable costs of a project for airport development if the project costs for such facilities do not exceed a specified sum.
