Summary

Incorporates the International Aerospace Hall of Fame. States that the purposes of the Corporation are: (1) to recognize and perpetuate the faces of international leaders in the aerospace sciences; (2) to develop a better understanding of the aerospace sciences by the general public; (3) to promote this understanding through dramatic presentation of displays and exhibits; and (4) to guide and inspire the youth of the world to a greater knowledge and higher ambition in the aerospace fields. Sets forth the powers of the Corporation. Requires that such Corporation be nonprofit and nonpolitical.
