Summary
Amends the provisions of the Gun Control Act of 1968 which imposes additional sentences for using or unlawfully carrying a firearm during the commission of a Federal felony to: (1) include state felonies and felonies with knives; (2) revise such additional sentences; and (3) prohibit a probationary or suspended sentence with respect to a first, as well as to a subsequent, conviction.
