Summary

Amends Title IV (Aid to Families with Dependent Children) and Title XVI (Supplemental Security Income for the Aged, Blind, and Disabled) of the Social Security Act, and the law relating to veterans' pensions to provide that recipients of supplemental security income benefits, recipients of aid or assistance under the veterans' pension and compensation program and specified other Federal and federally assisted programs including the food stamp program and the public housing program, will not have the amount of such benefits, aid, or assistance reduced because of post-1973 increases in monthly social security benefits.
