Summary

Countering Chinese Espionage Reporting Act This bill directs the Department of Justice (DOJ) to annually report to Congress and make publicly available a report related to Chinese national security threats. In particular, this report must include (1) a description of DOJ activities and operations related to countering Chinese national security threats and espionage in the United States, and (2) an accounting of DOJ resources that are dedicated to programs aimed at combating national security threats posed by the Chinese Communist Party.
