Summary

Amends the Arms Export Control Act to authorize the Secretary of Defense, in consultation with the Secretaries of State and Energy, to specify information pertaining to items on the U.S. Munitions list which must be protected from disclosure in order to preclude the possibility of unauthorized export. Prohibits the disclosure of such information unless the Secretaries determine that withholding is not in the national interest.
