Summary
Establishes triple damages as the remedy for any person who brings a product liability action in a Federal or State court for injuries sustained from use of a product which is not in compliance with a voluntary or mandatory standard issued by the Consumer Product Safety Commission. Directs the Commission to reissue, within 90 days, each voluntary and mandatory standard it has for a product with a notification to product manufacturers of such treble damages.
