Summary
Provides that 75 percent of the funds appropriated to pay a judgment of the Indian Claims commission in favor of the Three Affiliated Tribes of Fort Berthold Reservation, North Dakota, shall be distributed per capita to tribal members. Allots the remainder of such funds for any purpose designated by the tribal governing body and approved by the Secretary of the Interior. Exempts from State and Federal income taxes those funds distributed per capita to the members of the Three Affialiated Tribes.
