Summary
House Piracy Prevention Act - Directs each Federal instrumentality responsible for the supervision, approval, regulation, or insuring of banks, savings and loan associations, or other institutions to issue regulations prohibiting such institutions from making any loan which is to be used to purchase a newly constructed one- to four-family dwelling unit unless such dwelling is to be occupied by the borrower or is to be used by such person for rental purposes.
