Summary

Stipulates that specified provisions of the Interstate Commerce Act prohibiting undue preferences or prejudices in the rates charged by common carriers by motor vehicle shall not be construed to authorize through routes and joint rates to or from the State of Hawaii if the motor carrier segment of the transportation is confined to the commercial zones of ports and contiguous commercial zones.
