Summary
Authorizes to be apprppriated such sums as are necessary for the fiscal years 1976, 1977, 1978 to enable the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to formulate and carry out a program to assist States through grants-in-aid and other means, to initiate, maintain, and expand nonprofit special summer food service programs for children in service institutions where one-third of the children served are elgible for free or reduced-rate lunches under the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act. Places maximum per-meal limits on the entitlement of service institutions to funds under this Act.
