Summary

Creating Accountability Measures Protecting University Students Historically Abused, Threatened, and Exposed to Crimes Act or the CAMPUS HATE Crimes Act This bill establishes measures to hold institutions of higher education accountable for hate crimes that occur on their campuses, including by conditioning the receipt of certain federal funding on an institution's implementation of a program to prevent and respond to such crimes. The Department of Education may award grants to support such programs.
