Summary
Makes air traffic controllers who are eligible for immediate retirement ineligible for full time training on the basis of their inability to continue their work as controllers for physical or other specified reasons. Entitles to a civil service pension any employee who is an air traffic controller, who is engaged in providing preflight, in flight, or airport advisory service to aircraft operators, or is the immediate supervisor of such employee if such person is separated from the service after completing 25 years of service or after becoming 50 years of age and completing 20 years of service.
