Summary
Requires the Secretary of Agriculture to make grants for projects on the development, storage, treatment, purification, or distribution of water in rural areas. Permits the Secretary to make grants for projects involving the collection, treatment, or disposal of waste in such areas. States that the aggregate amount of authorized appropriations for such purposes may not exceed $300,000,000 in any fiscal year.
