Summary

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish maximum criminal penalties of 20 years' imprisonment and/or a $5,000 fine for whoever robs or attempts to rob any controlled substance. Increases the penalty if any person is assaulted or the life of any person is put in jeopardy by the use of a dangerous weapon or device during the commission of such offense. Imposes a mandatory imprisonment term of 20 years if any person is killed.
