Summary
Expresses the congressional finding that the resale of admission tickets to games and events for which the performers travel in interstate commerce and the resale in interstate commerce of any ticket are matters of public interest and subject to regulation by the Federal Government. Amends the Federal criminal code to establish criminal penalties for ticket resales at a price more than 25 percent or $5.00 (whichever is more) greater than the authorized face value price.
