Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of State to furnish, on terms and conditions he considers appropriate, assistance to Israel including assistance for the resettlement in Israel of Jewish refugees from the Union of Soviet Socialist Republics. Authorizes to be appropriated to the Secretary not to exceed $36,500,000 to carry out the provisions of this Act.
