Summary
Dedicates the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore to the memory of Paul H. Douglas. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to survey and designate one or more of the following major elements of the lakeshore in his memory: (1) principal visitor center; (2) the use area near Mount Baldy; (3) the West Beach unit; (4) the connecting parkway for the lakeshore; (5) the Pinhook Bog unit; and (6) the environmental education center. Authorizes the appropriations necessary to carry out this Act.
