Summary

Authorizes the Secretaries of the military departments to sell, on a negotiated contract basis, specified Department of Defense equipment, including equipment procured for such purpose, to prime contractors of friendly nations for incorporation into end items sold pursuant to export licenses. Provides that sales of personal property under this Act shall be at not less than the estimated replacement cost thereof. Authorizes the sale of obsolete parts on a negotiated basis to contractors agreeing to specified conditions.
