Summary
Amends the Magnuson Fishery Conservation and Management Act to replace title IV (Miscellaneous Provisions) with provisions authorizing appropriations to carry out the Act. (The provisions which would be replaced by this Act include provisions relating to: (1) the definition of "waters subject to the jurisdiction of the United States" under the Marine Mammal Protection Act of 1972; (2) the definition of "fisheries zone" under the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act of 1975; and (3) a North Pacific fisheries research plan.)
