Summary
Amends the Tariff Schedules of the United States to reduce annually, between January 1, 1981, and January 1, 1987, the duty on: (1) pseudoephedrine and its salts (from 15.5 percent and valorem to 7.6 percent ad valorem); and (2) synthetic ephedrine, racephedrine, and their salts (from 4.8 percent and valorem to 3.7 percent ad valorem).
