Summary
Provides, under the Wild and Scenic Rivers Act, that no dam or reservoir shall be built on a segment of the New River in North Carolina and Virginia, unless specifically authorized by Act of Congress. Declares void any permit or license issued by a Federal agency prior to enactment of this Act to cover such building or operation.
