Summary

Requires a five percent salary reduction for Members of Congress to remain in effect until a different rate of pay is provided under: (1) any provision of law enacted after this Act; or (2) the Federal Salary Act of 1967. Declares that any pay rate adjustment under the Legislative Reorganization Act of 1946 shall not be construed to affect the reduction made by this Act.
