Summary

Declares that the Dark Head Creek portion of the Middle River Waterway in the community of Middle River, Baltimore County, Maryland, is nonnavigable water of the United States. Gives coordinates setting out such area and provides that it shall be established as a combined pierhead and bulkhead line. Directs that any project heretofore authorized in such area shall not be authorized after enactment of this Act.
