Senior Citizens' Protection Act - Makes it a Federal offense to assault an individual age 62 or older and cause medical damages to such individual of more than $100 paid under title XVIII of the Social Security Act by an instrumentality of the Government of the United States. Specifies a mandatory minimum 30 days' imprisonment for such offense.
