Summary

Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act Amendments - Amends the Farm Labor Contractor Registration Act of 1963 to exclude from the requirement of registering as farm labor contractors any farmer, processor, canner, ginner, packing shed operator, or nurseryman who recruits, solicits, hires, furnishes or transports migrant workers on behalf of a farmer whose farm is located within 25 miles, and who receives no monetary consideration (other than reimbursement of actual expenses incurred) for engaging in such activity.
