Prison Security Enhancement Act of 1997 - Amends the Federal criminal code to direct the Bureau of Prisons to take care that prisoners under its jurisdiction do not engage in any activities designed to increase their physical strength or their fighting ability and that all equipment designed for this purpose be removed from Federal correctional facilities.
