A bill to amend chapter 15 of title 38, United States Code, to provide for the payment of pension of not less than $200 per month to World War I veterans, and to provide that retirement income such as social security shall not be counted against any pension and to provide that such pension shall be increased by a further 10 percent where the veteran served overseas during World War I.
