Summary
Requires the United States to withdraw from the North American Agreement on Environmental Cooperation and the North American Agreement on Labor Cooperation (North American Free Trade Agreement supplemental agreements). Requires the President to provide notice of such withdrawal to Canada and Mexico. Repeals provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement Implementation Act relating to implementation of such agreements.
