Summary
Amends the Federal Water Pollution Control Act to exclude wastewaters resulting from commercial processing of seafoods from the definition of "pollutant" under such Act, except where discharges of such wastewaters from a point source will interfere with the shellfish, fish, plant, and wildlife in the area where the discharge is made.
