Summary

Food Poisoning Penalty Act of 1987 - Amends the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act to increase the criminal penalties for adulterating or misbranding any food, drug, device, or cosmetic with the intent to harm another. Provides for a prison term of up to 15 years and/or a fine of up to $10,000 for a first offense. Provides a minimum term of 15 years' imprisonment and/or a fine of up to $50,000 for subsequent offenses.
